Temperament: She is sweet as pie, but has a playful side for sure. She knows just when to be super playful and way to take it nice and calm. Depending on which rider she has she will adapt to there personally. if there calm she will be if they are excited and hyper so will she but of course still in a controlled way. She loves children of all types be it actual children, foals, puppies, kittens you name it.

story:
Lady was born in Spain at a fine breeding facility, when she was a year old she was sold across seas to a up and coming trainer. They had a small but growing stable. Lady was doing well  in her early years adapting well to this new environment. Not only was she a hard working mare but also one gentle enough that the young kids could work with her and rider her. The woman couldn't have been happier with how well she was turning out. Competing in both adult and children's classes with the same willingness to just have fun as she showed in every day life.

Sadly it wouldn't be the future everyone hoped. Coming on some hard times the family had to move, unable to keep most of the horses they had to make the hard decisions  to sell them. They didn't want this to be so public and where only offering on privet posts. They loved there horses dearly and wanted to ensure they would go to trusting homes. Lady was of course the hardest to let go. She had don't so much for the family in such little time, it was hard to think about not having her. They new she would have to go, but at least they could find the right person to take on this special young mare.

Rhed Moon had been one of the few contacted about the sale of Lady. The stables where fairly close to each other and where well known. After receiving  the email Vicen decided to get Emily's opinion on the mare as well as some of the others as many were up her ally in both breed and discipline. The two reviewed the horses Emily instantly falling for Lady. The way the grey Andalusian mare was described in the email was just like a dream of hers, She knew she was the one. With her and August's personalty the two could make quite a team. Emily couldn't stop thinking about Paring the two up in a Pas De Deux performance. She knew though she couldn't get her hopes up to high as others where sure to offer on her as well.

They had made a privet offer hoping to hear back with good news. The suspense was hard to handle but soon the waiting was over.  Emily couldn't believe that Vicen had said they won the mare. She  didn't hesitate to bring the Grey Lady to her new home. Opening up the trailer as she smiled looking at her. "Welcome home girl." She whispered softly as the mare responded with a soft knicker. She was eager to see this new home, though would always miss the first family she had come to love. Perhaps one day she would see them again. She was eager to show this new home she was worth keeping around. Emily too was more then excited to see what this mare had in store for them.


In the Future-
Lady will work with Emily to continue her to develop her dressage skills. Using natural horsemanship Emily hopes working with her and August that they can join in unison. With Augusts calm demeanor and Lady's adaptability it was sure to happen. Lady would forever have a place here, Emily has been waiting for a mare like her for quite some time. And maybe in the future again could be the mare to help any young ones just learning to ride.
